All of our two-story homes feature floors supported by engineered I-joists rated to 70 pounds per square foot. Strong enough to support a pool table, there is almost no risk of structural failure.

Superior fire prevention.
With brick construction and extensive use of James Hardie Building Products siding, your Horizon Home poses considerably less fire risk than a comparable wood structure. Used on all exterior siding, fascia, soffit and trim, James Hardie Building Products are designed to resist damage from hail, 130-mph winds, termites, mildew and mold. In addition, all exterior siding enjoys a 50-year manufacturer’s transferable warranty.

No-leak lines.
To ensure your family's well-being and minimize the headaches that come from unexpected repairs, Horizon carefully inspects every natural gas line and copper water lines in your home before you move in. For long-term durability and safety, your home's gas lines are made only from super-resilient cast-iron piping. And unlike many other builders, we use a remote camera to find and eliminate blockages and construction debris from your home's sewer lines.

Every Horizon Home is pre-treated for termites and comes with an official treatment certificate that can be provided upon request.
