You’ve picked your community.

You’ve picked your floor plan.

You’ve found a mortgage lender.

Now comes the fun part—sitting down and selecting the features and options that will truly make your home yours.

Typically, your builder will allow you to handpick from a variety of options for virtually every room in your new home.

These include:

Floor coverings
Brick types and colors
Countertops for kitchen and bathrooms
Tiles for bathrooms and kitchen backsplashes

Remember, different builders have different methods of pricing these options. Sometimes, options are priced as upgrades and can substantially increase the cost of your new home.
