The Closing Process

At closing, your Sales Counselor will coordinate a variety of important details such as your date of closing, location of closing, required documents and expenses and any other facts specific to your new home.

This is the stage at which your new home is turned over to you. Congratulations! You will go over all the paperwork and sign an “acceptable completion” or similar form, as well as other documents pertinent to your loan.

Of course, a good homebuilder will continue to be a valuable resource to you even after closing, and will work with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
